What a Ninja Audit Actually Is

Setting expectations properly, so nobody turns up to the wrong meeting.

What it is

  • A short, specific conversation about how your business runs now
  • A handful of questions about where things get stuck
  • One or two places you are likely losing time or work
  • An honest answer about whether we can help with it

What it is not

  • A presentation you have to sit through
  • A commitment to buy anything
  • The start of eleven follow-up calls
  • A full technical review of everything you run

You Do Not Need to Prepare Anything

Turning up with nothing is fine. But if you want the fifteen minutes to be genuinely useful rather than general, bring one of these: the task that annoys you most every week, a number you wish was better, or the thing your team complains about.

Specific beats polished. "We keep missing calls while we are on jobs" gives us far more to work with than a tidy overview of your business.

Before You Book

The practical questions, answered.

What is the 15-Minute Ninja Audit?

A free, short conversation with I Ninja LLC to identify one or more areas where your business may be losing time, leads, or opportunities. It is a discussion about how your business currently runs, not a sales presentation.

Does the audit cost anything?

No. The 15-Minute Ninja Audit is free. There is no charge, no card required, and no obligation to buy anything afterward. If it turns out I Ninja LLC is not a fit for your business, you will have spent fifteen minutes and nothing else.

How long does it actually take?

Fifteen minutes. If the conversation is useful and you want to keep going, that is your call, but the slot is booked for fifteen and we will respect it.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. It helps if you bring one specific frustration, such as the task that eats the most time each week or a number you wish was better, but turning up with nothing is fine.

Will I be pressured to buy something?

No. Plenty of these conversations end with us pointing out a fix you can make yourself. If what you need is outside what I Ninja LLC does, we will say so rather than selling you something adjacent.

What is the difference between the audit and the demo?

The audit is a short conversation about your business and where time is being lost. The demo is a longer look at how the system works and what it would do for you specifically. If you are not sure which you want, start with the audit. Request a demo instead.

Who will I be speaking with?

Someone who has actually run service businesses, not a sales team reading from a script. More about I Ninja LLC.

What if none of the available times work?

Email [email protected] and we will sort out a time that does.

Can I reschedule after booking?

Yes. Your confirmation includes a way to reschedule or cancel without needing to call. Things come up, and a rescheduled call is better than a missed one.
